The purpose of this Advance Tender Notice is to provide suppliers with advanced notification of a potential procurement the Territory has identified in its annual procurement planning which may be undertaken during the 2020-21 financial year period.

Whilst the Territory anticipates an approach to market in the 2020-21 financial year period the Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open opportunity and the Territory may, at its discretion, change the anticipate timetable for approach to market.
