This procurement will facilitate engagement of a suitably pre-qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a feasibility study to investigate and deliver a concept design option for the Molonglo East West Arterial (EWA) Road. This study will also undertake a strategic transport assessment using the most recent Canberra Strategic Transport Model (CSTM).
