The purpose of this Advance Tender notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.

• The Territory seeks to establish a Panel of Contractors to provide energy efficiency services to eligible ACT households. The Panel will comprise the following Service Categories:

          (a) National Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessments;
          (b) Renters Home Energy Assessments;
          (c) Homeowner Home Energy Assessments;
          (d) Draught Proofing;
          (e) Window Insulation.

Secure Local Jobs Certification and requirements only applies for Service Categories: Draught Proofing and Window Insulation. At the time of Tender submission, interested parties will be required to hold a current Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate.
