The Territory is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to develop a reference Design for the new Northside Hospital in Bruce, including a stand-alone mental health facility and multi-storey carpark. The consultant is expected to appoint, lead, coordinate and manage the deliverables of all relevant design consultants required to progress the design.

This Request for 21568-DOC-006 includes confidential information. Suppliers are advised there will be two tender boxes as follows: 

21568-DOC-006 and 

21568-RFT-006.

Suppliers must complete the Deed of Confidentiality found in 21568-DOC-006 and submit electronically through the Tenders ACT system to gain access to the confidential documents contained in tender box 21568-RFT-006.

Tender submission are to be uplaoded in 21568-RFT-006 box.
