Description
The Territory is seeking to engage a Contract Administrator (CA) to manage the Managing Contractor (MC) for the Basin Priority Project.
The agreed form of contract for the MC is the Managing Contractor Contract (MCC). The CA will be the Territory’s representative appointed to administer the MCC on the Territory’s behalf. The CA will manage and administer the terms of the contract including construction surveillance, etc.
Post the engagement of the CA, the engagement of the MC to programme and manage the packages of work across 20 - 25 sites will be initiated.
The MC will manage final detailed design, total project programming, cost control and construction of agreed water quality infrastructure works (assets) to have them completed by the end of March 2019.
