Description
The Territory has established a Lift Trade Services Panel of qualified service providers to provide reactive, planned maintenance and project services. Services under this deed will include:
1. Repairs and Maintenance Services which may be reactive (including normal hours and after hours)
2. Lift Testing and Inspections
3. Lift Repair Work
4. Lift Parts and Replacement
5. Lift Servicing and Maintenance
6. Annual Lift Condition assessment for Major Repairs
7. Lift Major Replacement and Refurbishment Works, including:
a. Passenger Lifts,
b.Goods Lifts, and
c. Restricted mobility access lifts.
